Understand that if chosen as a scholarship winner, according the RHCT’s scholarship policy, it is my responsibility to submit to the RHCT the enrollment verification information for my scholarship and the scholarship funds are to be used for the academic year which I have applied.

NEXT STEPS

When you submit your application below, you will receive an email with instructions on how to:

Have a school official upload an official copy of your high school transcript, senior year schedule and first semester grades or, college transcript/grades.
Have your parent(s) upload a copy of their IRS Form 1040 through adjusted income line or other OFFICIAL document.
Have three (3) supporters, ie. guidance counselors, instructors, community leaders, etc. upload letters of recommendation.
Upload your brief personal essay (typed, doubled spaced and not to exceed 150 words). It should include a brief biographical sketch, record of extracurricular and community service in the community, educational aspirations, career goals and a written explanation as to why financial assistance is essential.
