If you meet the eligibility requirements, we encourage you to begin your application today. Scholarships are competitive, and we recommend starting early to ensure all materials are submitted before the deadline.

Confirm Your Eligibility

  • Be a resident of Orange, Seminole, or Osceola County, Florida

  • Be a graduating high school senior or currently enrolled college student

  • Plan to attend or currently attend an accredited college or university

  • Demonstrate academic achievement

  • Demonstrate financial need

NEXT STEPS

When you submit your application below, you will receive an email with instructions on how to:

  1. Have a school official upload an official copy of your high school transcript, senior year schedule and first semester grades or, college transcript/grades.

  2. Have your parent(s) upload a copy of their IRS Form 1040 through adjusted income line or other OFFICIAL document.

  3. Have three (3) supporters, ie. guidance counselors, instructors, community leaders, etc. upload letters of recommendation.

  4. Upload your brief personal essay (typed, doubled spaced and not to exceed 150 words). It should include a brief biographical sketch, record of extracurricular and community service in the community, educational aspirations, career goals and a written explanation as to why financial assistance is essential.

The Robert Hungerford Chapel Trust is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to higher education for students in Central Florida. We provide scholarship opportunities to graduating high school seniors and current college students who demonstrate academic commitment, character, and financial need.
